Sweet Potato Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

300 g American sweet potatoes
2 yogurt
1 banana
250 g strawberries
2 oranges
200 ml coconut milk
Grated coconut

Preparation

  1. Peel and wash the sweet potatoes, then steam them for 45 minutes.

  1. Meanwhile, prepare the fruits by removing their skin and/or stems. Cut them into pieces. Do the same for the sweet potatoes.

  1. In a blender, combine the yogurts, fruits, steamed sweet potatoes and coconut milk. Blend until you get a smoothie-like texture.

  1. Pour the mixture into glasses and sprinkle with grated coconut.
