Peel two bananas, cut them into rough pieces, and put them in the freezer the day before. Peel sweet potatoes, dice them, and boil them in hot water until they are soft. Drain the water, mash the sweet potatoes, and let them cool.
Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes. Peel the remaining half of the banana and slice it. Squeeze the tangerine.
Blend the frozen banana pieces together with cold mashed sweet potatoes and tangerine juice in a mixer until a creamy and homogeneous mixture is formed.
Divide the mixture into two bowls and garnish with apple cubes, banana slices, nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and pomegranate seeds.
